There are five different system for BMX seats: The most common one is the Pivotal system. You need a special seatpost with tooth system, and you can run your saddle with a lot of various angles. The seat is screwed onto the post from above. Another variation of the Pivotal system is the new Stealth system. The difference is, that the seat is attached from below, so there is no need to the pivotal slit no more.
Important: You can combine every Pivotal seat with a Stealth seatpost. If you want to run your Stealth seat on a regular post, you need a very long allen wrench that goes through the complete post. Similair to this is the new Tripod system. You also need a special seatpost, the seat itself doesn't have a slit, but you can only run your setup with the two most common angles. Furthermore there are seatcombos where the seat and post are fixed permanently and you can't adjust the angle at all. The classic version is the Rail system, which is known from regular bikes.
